Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Masti Arcade, an online arcade of casual games (Diwali Dhamaka, Desi Tambola, Pothole Rally, Vaikuntapali and others) at this website. By signing in and playing you agree to them.

1. Who can play

Adults sign in with Google, Facebook, Instagram or (when available) an emailed activation link. Children under 18 may play only through a family profile that a parent or guardian creates in their own account; by creating it the parent confirms they are the child's parent or guardian, consents to the child playing, and is responsible for the child's use. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

2. Games are for fun — no real-money gaming

Masti Arcade is entertainment only. There are no cash stakes, no wagering and no cash prizes. Scores, points, "prize shares" in Tambola and leaderboard ranks are virtual and have no monetary value. Tambola ("housie") is played here purely as a family-style party game.

3. Free games, invites and the Game Pass

• Every account gets a number of free games each day. The number, and how it refreshes, may change.
• Inviting a friend can earn bonus games, as described on the home page. We may withhold bonuses for suspected abuse (for example fake or duplicate accounts).
• The Game Pass is a paid product that gives a set number of extra games for a set number of days (shown at purchase, currently ₹199 for 20 games over 30 days). It also removes ads and adds a supporter badge while it is active. Unused games expire when the pass expires.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay); we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

4. Fair play and conduct

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, harass others, post hateful, unlawful or adult content in chat, room names, map titles or pothole ideas, or try to disrupt the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Player-created content (maps, ideas, chat) remains the responsibility of its author.

5. Sharing

You can share score cards and invite links on social media. Score cards contain your display name and score. By sharing you choose to make them public.

6. Ads and third-party services

We may show ads (for example from Google AdSense) on menu and result screens. Sign-in uses Google. Third-party services have their own terms.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is". We may change, pause or stop games and features, and we may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the arcade means you accept the update.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions you cannot reasonably expect us to prevent (such as internet or hosting outages). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at the operator's place of business, without affecting any consumer rights to approach a consumer forum.
