Refunds & Cancellation

The Game Pass is a digital product that is delivered instantly on payment. Please read how refunds work before you buy.

Cancellation

The Game Pass is a one-time purchase for a fixed period (currently 30 days). It does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Free games and invite bonuses are free and cannot be refunded.

When you can get a refund

• Payment taken but pass not delivered (technical fault): we will fix it or refund in full.
• Duplicate or accidental charge: refunded in full.
• Unused pass: if you contact us within 7 days of purchase and have not played any games from the pass, we will refund the amount.

When we cannot refund

Once games from the pass have been used, or the pass has expired, the purchase is not refundable, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

How to ask

Write to us using the Contact page with the email of your Google account, the date of purchase and the payment reference (if you have it). We reply within 2 working days.

How long a refund takes

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
